Before the Big Day

All Packages include service leading up to your big day. Pricing is based on how many hours you need on your wedding day.

3-6 Months Prior to Wedding

  • Unlimited emails & phone conversations for finalizing wedding day logistics

  • Review vendor contracts.

  • Review venue setup and create diagram for layout.

  • Create bridal party timeline.

1-2 Months Prior to Wedding

  • Meet with Bride and Groom to create a wedding day timeline.

  • Review venue timeline.

  • Check RSVP count.

Week of the Wedding

  • Contact all vendors to confirm orders and arrival time.

  • Ensure marriage license is purchased.

  • Ensure venue receives final count.

  • Review final vendor payments and tips.

Rehearsal

*not included in base package

  • Work with wedding officiator to choreograph wedding ceremony, processional, and recessional (unless done so by venue personnel).

  • Remind wedding party of where they need to be the following day, and at what time.

On the Big Day

Prior to Reception

  • Greet vendors and instruct them where to set up (i.e. band/DJ, florist, baker and caterer).

  • Set up centerpieces, sweetheart table, and any other reception décor.

  • Make sure band, DJ, or designated emcee can correctly pronounce the wedding party's names (and in the right order) for introductions.

  • Assist in set up of décor, champagne flutes, cake cutters, etc.

  • Assist catering and/or venue staff with remaining setup needs.

  • Ensure guest tables and head tables are set up properly. 

  • Review final set-up before guest arrival.

Prior to Ceremony 

  • Set up and display all ceremony items.

  • Ensure musicians arrive and coordinate set-up.

  • Ensure that Ushers/Groomsmen arrive on time and are ready to escort guests.

  • Ensure designated attendants arrive on time, pass out programs, and assist with the guest book.

  • Coordinate with the officiant to determine signals or cues that will begin the Ceremony.

  • Communicate a 'Countdown to I Do' with the wedding party members as the day progresses.

  • Line up the bridal party for their entrances. 

  • Cue musicians to begin processional.

  • Gather family/bridal party for photos.

Reception Management

  • Ensure proper flow of Cocktail Hour.

  • Have guests seated at the appropriate time.

  • Direct Bride, Groom and wedding party until they receive cue for their introduction.

  • Cue band, DJ or designated emcee when the  Bride and Groom are ready to be introduced.

  • Cue band, DJ, photographer, videographer and immediate family members when important events take place at reception (e.g. first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and toasts).

  • Cue Father of the Bride, Best Man and Maid of Honor for their toasts.

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors.

  •  Ensure gifts and personal decor items reach the designated family member, room and/or vehicle.

  • Coordinate departure transportation and send-off.

  • Remain easily accessible through the entire event.

Wedding Management

  • Ensure bride and bridal party have what they need.

  • Assist with any last minute needs that may arise (including minor alterations if necessary).

  • Communicate day-of details to the wedding party.

  • Ensure all vendors arrive on time, set up correctly, and are aware of the day's timeline.

  • Assist vendors with questions.

  • Communicate with the transportation driver and wedding party for timely arrival to ceremony.

  • Ensure florist has delivered and set up all floral arrangements.

  • Ensure that personal flowers are delivered and worn correctly.

Reception-Only Services 

1-2 Months Prior to Wedding

  • Meet with Bride and Groom to create a wedding day timeline.​
